Dan Gallahue brings his love of hockey and passion for teaching to the rink every day. He expects the kids to learn that working hard is not optional; it is required. Your teammates, and most importantly you yourself, deserve your best effort all the time. I have coached for over 30 years at all levels of hockey and have been very happy with my son participating in the Gallahue Hockey Camps. More importantly, my son enjoys the high tempo of the practices and knows that he is getting better.

Coach Gallahue works hard to schedule the camp at times that hopefully will not conflict with other sport schedules. Being a multi-sport athlete is very important and should be encouraged. That said, off season hockey training is vital and should be chosen with care.

Gallahue Hockey Camps are the best value around when it comes to finding a place for your kid to get better and have fun

I feel like the Dan Gallahue Camp has help improved me in my skating and shooting. At the beginning of camp my edges were good but, I wasn’t very good at stopping and starting. Then, after a few months of camp I got way better at stopping and starting compared to when I started the camp. My edges also improved.
At first I had to wind up my shot. Then after a few months at camp I could get my shot off quicker due to the excellent high speed drills we did at camp. Overall I believe Gallahue Camp is one of the best camps out there.

After over two off-seasons with Coach Gallahue and his staff, my son has gained valuable small-area, game-play experience and is constantly challenged to push his skills to the limits. Coach Gallahue takes a personal interest in all his players that extends into the regular season association play after his clinics are long over. His no-nonsense approach to skills development and well organized sessions have made a tremendous difference in my son’s play from the end of one season to being well prepared for tryouts for the next season. Well Done, Dan!
